GB & Smith are looking for an IT Sales Account Manager… what does the job entail?
- Generate new business through activities of prospecting, cold calling and networking,
- Work with entire sales department and other in house resources to share ideas
- Be able to work closely with our Pre Sales on each potential deal
- Attend conferences and events within the UK.
- Developing and managing your own sales pipeline.
- Analyse and follow market trends.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
- Increase the company’s brand awareness
- Postgraduate’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience at least in Software analytics preferably Business Objects related
- Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
- Needs to like technical solutions / Problem Solver
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Be able to meet and present to clients (events / conferences)
- Be self-starter, have a strong personality and have a team player
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Curiosity is a fundamental quality
